De esta investigación se deduce que aproximadamente el 20% de los pacientes con  trastornos reproductivos que tienen resultados citogenéticos normales por estudios convencionales pudieran tener alteraciones estructurales del cromosoma Y que serían detectados.

-        ¿Cuáles fueron los criterios de selección de los 10 pacientes estudiados?

-        ¿Existen protocolos en el laboratorio para estudiar pacientes masculinos con trastornos reproductivos a través de FISH para estos cromosomas cuando el estudio convencional es normal?

Si existen sondas para los estudios de infertilidad por FISH. Sondas del gen sry, del centromero del y la identificacion de regiones del cromosoma X

Interesante el trabajo, sería muy bueno aplicar la citogenómica a todas las parejas con trastorno reproductivo, pues la mayoría de los casos tienen un diagnóstico citogenético convencional normal.

Muy interesante,seria bueno poder aplicar la tecnica a todas las parejas que se estudian por infertilidad.
